The product arrived as described. So far after a day or two post install, the adhesive is holding up just fine. I am giving it 4 stars because the right side control panel is not completely sized to cover the entire space. There is visible gap from what the oem finish is underneath. Not a big deal, but If the intent is to cover it 100 percent, it's at a close 90. Buyer beware.Ok here is my take I like them but I had my wheel all apart and bent them a little just so they sat on there perfect then the next step is a MUST use 3M adhesive promoter 3M 4298 them apply them very good stuff I had no problemsThe product is amazing the right handle glue wouldn’t stick so I have to put some glow on it that they provided witch is good they put extra one I’m glad but the middle part does not stay at all it keep falling out it does not stick at all I even try with other glue nothing useless but the rest is goodDecent product for what you pay.. the only reason why it didn’t get a full 5 star cause the glue tape.. I feel it could have been better. The pieces that go around the option area of the wheel .. they are kinda thin so you pretty much get what you pay for. The only piece that is really nice & thick is that one piece at the bottom of the steering wheel. ??‍♀️So kinda like a 3 maybe 4The center steering wheel piece fits perfect, looks and sticks well. So does the bottom piece, without only a tiny imperfection in the surface. I really had to look for it. The two side pieces don't fit quite right at the top skinny portion nor do they stick well at all. It definitely needs a much better double sided tape. I ended up pulling the side pieces off, because I'm just very picky about how things look in my car.Carbon fiber inserts are great but they sent me two left inserts for the steering wheel waiting on resolution. They actually look great easy to installThe top of the right and left thin pieces are so thin the adhesive does not grab even with applying heat.Looks very clean but doesn’t sit flush with the wheel
